Hotel Peklo

The hotel is new and with modern equipment. Restaurant is amazing and offers a variety of local foods which are delicious. Hotel seems to be making a lot of efforts to be/stay eco friendly which is nice to see

We have not tried the breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning and breakfast oy starts at 8am during the weekend which is a shame. On check in we were given room in the ground floor and I asked if it was possible to have a room in any upper floor. We were told promptly that this was not possible as the rooms were fully booked. During our short stay we have not met any other guests in the hotel except for us so I strongly doubt the hotel was full. There were hardly any cars in the parking place. Even for the dinner in hotel restaurant we were the only guests for the whole evening (we spent three hours there). I found this a bit unprofessional from reception staff, especially the abrupt answer that change of room was not the option.

Good location. Friendly staff

Shower was moldy around the edges. Shower drain was clogged with hair. Shower soap container was empty.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They had an underground garage to store our bikes which felt very safe.

The rooms were small, but not the end of the world

Friendly staff and very clean facilities.
