Sunrise Cottage

The owner was so lovely and the breakfast was fantastic!!

Amit was a very friendly host. He made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean, the location is 5 min walk to restaurants on the main road. Tucked away in a green oasis and the icing on the cake is the private pool. It is perfect for sore muscles after a hike up Lion Rock. Lovely breakfast of eggs, fruit and toast provided. Shower had hot water, bed was large and comfy and the a/c worked well. Having the ceiling fan as an option too. Very peaceful place to rest.

There was not 1 thing that we could complain about. The host and his family were amazing. We were welcomed with big smiles and great energy. The villa was spacious, clean and the AC worked a treat. The private pool was a great temperature and we spent hours in it cooling off. Breakfast was served on our private patio each morning, consisting of Toast, Eggs, Fruit and hot pot of Tea or Coffee. Great location to restaurants and mini marts, as well as Sigiriya Rock. You feel like your living amongst the locals as your in the jungle.

Relaxing green and quiet place. A private garden with pool. Really wonderful! Room has everything you want: good bed and pillows, warm and cold shower, AC and good fridge Walking distance from a big range of restaurants, shops,, Lion Rock , bars with Lion Rock and crocodile views. Lovely warm familly that helps arranging whatever you want. Highly recommend this place. Piece of heaven.

The location, staff, breakfast, everything was great

We had a lovely stay here, the host was very friendly and kind. It is located down a quiet lane but not far from the town.

The host made us feel very welcome and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. A large, tasty breakfast each morning on the porch, next to the plunge swimming pool, surrounded by the plants, flowers and animal noises was so great. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with very good air con.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans cette maisonnette. La chambre était vraiment impeccable. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous recommandons fortement de réserver ce séjour si vous êtes de passage à Sigirya.

Cottage très propre, proche des restaurants tout en étant en retrait de l'animation de Sigirya. Hôte très accueillant et de bons conseils. Petit -dejeuner excellent!
