Lovely family run property. Great breakfast. Good air con. Large room and close to the rocks to hike. A few local restaurants and bars in walking distance

Living here was an amazing experience. The house is tucked away from the road, so it was incredibly peaceful, with lots of little animals and birds around. There are shops and places to eat nearby where you can grab a delicious dinner. We’re so grateful to the host and his family for their warmth, the spotless space, and the tasty breakfasts. He’s such a caring, kind, and welcoming man—always happy to help. He even gave us a lift on his *tuk-tuk* when we got lost! Everything was clean. It still feels like a little hidden corner of the jungle—untouched in the best way—and that’s its charm. We truly hope it stays this way. I was deeply moved by the kindness, gratitude, and warmth of these people! We exchanged so much positive energy, and we’re incredibly thankful. Highly recommend heading to the lake nearby for a boat ride to see the birds. Catch the sunset overlooking Stone from the smaller "mountain." Take a stroll along the canal at Water Park (it’s free!). And don’t miss the coconut crêpes made by the host’s wife—pure bliss!

It was the best accomodation we had in Sri Lanka. The room is big and super clean, private pool- it’s not big but good. Walking distance to Lion’s rock. The owner is very kind and friendly. Breakfast are really big and so delicious. We definately reccomend it. Thank you for nice stay.❤️

Everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. He arranged a taxi for us and even drove us where we needed to go. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing – truly a wonderful experience.

There was nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations.

Very beautiful location in the a nature area which was very calming. You can still reach delicious restaurants within minutes walking. The owner is super kind, very helpful in organising trips/transportation. The breakfast was delicious and generous! Overall a realy great place to stay

A suggestion would be that it would be nice to have a musquitonet around the bed
