The hotel is good and in a great location. But if you plan to stay in the hotel for a long time during your trip, you may encounter inconveniences such as the complete lack of windows in your room, as I did. But the most unpleasant thing for me was the noise. Although the building is old and has thick outer walls, the partitions between the rooms are like paper! I could hear every word of my neighbors and even the person talking to them on the phone. It was terrible! I could only fall asleep late at night. I hope I was unlucky with the room and that the rest are quiet.

Very friendly staff

Very lovely staff, especially Anna. The staff were kind, professional, and helpful. We loved the location but there were plumbing issues ( no hot water in our part of the hotel) which posed a problem. The hotel addressed the problem but it was a bit frustrating. All in all, it was a nice stay.

Everything! The hotel was beautiful, the balcony was gorgeous especially at night and the staff were extremely helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We had an issue with the room and the staff was quick to fix it to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the service Jessica and Mari provided. I would happily stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay at this lovely hotel, the staff were amazing and so accommodating making my trip so special. As I was there for the marathon, the hotel and staff made every effort to make it as easy and comfortable for me. The staff put on breakfast especially me and all the marathon runners staying at the property on the day of the race. They allowed me to check out late as I was still racing at the time of checkout, which was so nice of them to do. And to it off, they presented to me as well as all the runners a little good luck goody bag for the runners, with a very heartfelt note. Literally so nice everyone I interacted with at the property. The property itself was located right in the middle of time, with all the sights nearby and everything I would need in just a short walk. The property was really quaint and lovely, the rooms were lovely, I would've preferred carpet on the floors but that's just me.

Nothing really, it was the perfect stay. As mentioned, I prefer carpeted rooms to timeber flooring but that's just my preference. The doors and wall, may need a bit more sound proofing because I could here people turning on taps and walking up the stairs but given the age of this jhostoric property, it's to be expected.
