The room was absolutely spotless. Beautiful spanish style rooms with a big bed, lovely shower. Very central in the old town and close to the metro station. Breakfast was available to book from slots 8am - 11am or to order to the room free of charge which was amazing. There is an elevator there also which was great. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke Spanish and English. It was fantastic

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Very close by to all main site seeing attractions. Hotel is small old building, rooms small but nice. Bed matras good but a bit small for two. One of the very best things at this hotel is Meri at the reception. Great welcome, good advice for restaurant near by. You can tell this girl loves her job. Thanks again Meri 😊 Breakfast in shifts but good to start the day with. Badroom perfect, great shower and spacious. In short, I would recommend this for a short trip in Valencia.

Excellent service and location

We liked the location very central to Valencia and the staff were kind and very helpful. It had a comfy bed if only we could have got some sleep….

It is so noisy. We expected city noise but you could literally hear EVERYTHING from the room next door, TV, their conversation and the rest! The walls are paper thin. We reported the room next to us at 1am this morning and the staff told them to be quiet but they still carried on until well after 3am. Not great…. The breakfast was not great, a poor choice really, the coffee and water machine was broken this morning which again could have been better. Personally we wouldn’t stay here again, we definitely thought it was overpriced for what we got as we have stayed in budget chain hotels and slept much better. It’s not the staffs fault they are doing their best but it’s not worth it.

It was in a great location. Right in the center of the old town. The manager, Chris, and his assistant, Mary went out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend it.

A little hard to find. Can not just drive up to the property. But parking is not that far away. A little noisy if you are on the street side.

The staff were attentive and helpful. They gave me extra fruit with my breakfast to ensure I was comfortable. I opted for breakfast in my room. . It’s a Great location for the old town. Lovely quality bed linen and comfy bed.

Room with no window. It was ok as I was travelling solo and only 1 night.

The location was perfect, very central in the old city, easy walking distance to all the sights.

The room was rather small and the bathroom tiny, with no outside windows. The breakfast area was too cramped for 8 guests at a time and right outside our room so very noisy last thing at night when being cleaned and when guests arrive first shift in the morning. The car parking was very tight and difficult, no valet parking and a very tricky parking manoeuvre required.

Fabulous location and fabulous staff..

Parking is a little difficult but it is in the centre of city so expected, but staff were helpful and we did manage to park ok
