Very friendly and professional personnel, true hospitality from their side. Especially big thanks to the two ladies in the reception. About premises, very cozy, for example bed is more comfortable than in 95% of other hotels, in this hotel you are in the very centre of Valencia, fortunately as this is pedestrian zone, no cars nearby.

The location, the staff, comfort of the bed. Quirky, historical building, very interesting.

Breakfast room was "very cosy" with six guests at the same time. Only fruit available was oranges, realise they grow well here but more choice of fruit would have been good, also yoghurt would have been appreciated.

The room and the staff were brilliant. Charming place with working lift.

Ran out of hot water in the middle of a shower.

Location is amazing, so much character, lovely staff and truly unique experience!

Location is perfect, easy and quick walk from the North railway station. Very central, with nice restaurants, central market, shopping, sight seeing etc all within short walking distance. Didn’t need to use any transportation. Breakfast slots work well and the refilled water bottle and cold water from the machine was nice, no need to buy water bottles. All staff was very welcoming and friendly during my stay. Hotel feels safe and everything worked well, perfect stay for a solo traveller. Very nice quality compared to the price.

It’s an old and nicely unique building, but that also means that you here some noice into your room from the hallway and roof (upper floor on windy days). So if you are hyper sensitive and want a very quiet hotel, this might not be your place.
