Cute, boutique style hotel in an original building with a lot of original features. We stayed in the duplex room, which a few people have previously commented on. It is small and not suited to couples who need a lot of space or bathroom privacy, but it was generallyok for us. The bathroom is down some internal steps but doesn't have a door, so sound travels up the stairs 😀 However, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was good.

There were no tea & coffee facilities in the room, which I assume was due to space restrictions in the duplex apartment. Some kind of door on the bathroom would be a good idea to contain noise and bathroom related smells, which travel up the stairs into the room.

Location is excellent, slap bang in the old town a stone's throw from the market. Staff were lovely!

Breakfast was a bit cramped, but staff also offer the luxury of getting breakfast delivered to your room.

room at street side was noisy from the street but also inside the hotel. Simple door to the room could not keep noise from corridor outside. Very small bathroom and breakfast was a knee to chin experience. Very small breakfast area with uncomfortable low lounge chairs and a table the size of a big plate. Choice of breakfast was also the bear minimum. The balcony had no outside furniture so we could not use it.

The location and the receptionist were very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms were small, and the ceiling was low on our first room. Our second room was a little better. The rooms look tired and need careful attention. The lift was very small, barely fitted two people with a small suitcase each, and the breakfast room only accommodated 8 people at a time. Offering only a basic continental breakfast. This is not a four star hotel. We were so disappointed as it was also a birthday treat. For the price they charge you can get a far superior hotel which is actually four stars.

Location was good once you found it. It is a listed building so changes are limited, but the bathroom is modern.

I asked for parking which they said there was, but after phoning and finally finding the car park they suggested, which took longer than the actual journey!! It cost €24 for overnight!! This is not under 'parking available ' or at least state the price when booking. We had to phone 3 times where the parking was. Stayed another night in Valencia, but definitely changed hotel where parking was €8 and let us stay until 6pm the next day!! We sat down in the small breakfast room, where 2 members of staff were talking, but did not welcome us and tell us about the breakfast. Not a big choice. Table was very small and low down - more like what you would just have a coffee at.

The property was beautiful, breakfast was nice.

The room was dangerous with the steps, we had a little dog and was worried he could fall down the huge stairs there was no proper banister. The room was so noisy we felt like the people beside us and above us where in the same room, We didn’t sleep well at all.
