The room space, I could hardly walk in the room, too uncomfortable around the bed area and to have the bathroom downstairs

Mery is your best worker if it weren't for her, I wouldn't feel as comfortable as I do she is very pleasant and kind and she is the best thing in your accommodation As for the location of the accommodation, it's great it is clean

Our initial room was fine but dark. We inquired about changing rooms and without a question they upgraded us from a standard room to one of their one bedroom apartments. We were so impressed with their customer service.

We had a mix-up with breakfast, and there was also a problem with heating hot water in the evening

Excellent location. Many sights and cute neighborhoods in walking distance. Easy to reach by metro from the airport. Super friendly staff. They answered all our questions during our stay via WhatsApp within seconds. Our room had a small balcony and the bed was very comfortable. Room size was ok. The breakfast room is tiny but cute and the breakfast includes the basics you need to start into the day.

The shower was really small, we could hardly get in and out although we are not big at all. But overall this didn’t bother us because everything else was great. The street was a bit noisy during the night.

The room was very small, but hey you are in a top location. The windows couldn t be open and because of that it was a funny smell.
