Perfect place for a stopover in Valencia and full of character. Staff were amazing and location brilliant.

Was a very nice hotel type bnb. Lots if ameneties comfortable bed offered bottle of wine in room robe and slippers. Breakfast was really nice. Will certainly return. I live in asturias and valencia is one of my fav places to visit

Bathroom sink area was a little small but no big deal. Was a great place

The staff were brilliant.Nothing too much trouble and always very friendly Our flight was late after check out, and they very kindly let us use the breakfast room to chill

The room is spotless but pretty small, with the private bathroom down a few flights of stairs.

The age and history The staff especially at the front desk Great location close to the market and dozens of restaurants.

Elevator and the parking availability. Very difficult to find in a busy city.

Location is brilliant, right in centre of old town. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast will good selection.

No hot water in shower for 3 nights of our stay, despite telling staff about it every day. Coffee machine not the best bit of a lottery if you get the coffee you select.

What really makes this hotel shine is the staff! The ladies at the front desk are absolute stars—super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Big shout-out to Meri, who’s just the sweetest and made us feel right at home. And the location? You honestly can’t beat it. Perfect base to explore the city—and then come back to chill. Loved it!
