I liked the location and room was ok

Kids running around at night and no staff to help funny smell in hall way and shit in hallway

Lovely accomodation for a short stay

Too dirty not clean cold

Just the location it was close to all amenities.

The room was cold felt damp there weren't any heating, we waited 10 mins when we arrived the welcome wasn't friendly, broken window in the front door, the toilet paper looked as if it had fallen down the loo and left to dry all crinkly,old fashioned it needs updating and the fridge didn't work.

Nothing!!! On arriving the front door had a pane of glass smashed, with some cardboard put in its place! The front door lock was buckled so it was just a case of pushing into it!

The toilets were separate and horrendous! There wasn’t even a basin to wash your hands in there! Everytime I went the toilet was blocked with other people faeces! The toilet floor was missing a wooden slat so your foot fell down the sag in the Lino! The rooms were horrendous? The doors didn’t lock! You just had to push them open! There were live wires hanging out of the wall! The wallpaper was peeling off from the ceiling and damp! There was no bar in it like the photos suggested! Everything was filthy! And the manager was extremely aggressive! We booked a triple and a double for 5 people and on arriving he started shouting at us that there wasn’t too many people (5) then when he counted he walked off mumbling to himself!
