Il be honest....I took this hotel on the price only because I had a group of friends visit from India and the price was good compared to anywhere else...Took it for being £90 plus cheaper than any where else.....Sadly it was more than dated....The room for 10 was roomy....They tried there best and it looked ok for what we needed....But dated no washing facilities really in the room a toilet that you could see through when doing thr toilet. £159 for 11 people tho can I complain???

No welcome waited 25 mins to make contact...Was told by the cafe across the road they were surprised it made it onto Booking.com because drug addicts were living there weeks beforehand....

We went to the hotel we didn't stay i want my refund back the staff was not they the door was lock went over to the chippy they said where was we staying when told then they face said it was they said they drug people breaking in staying they and homeless not safe for kids council was they to inspect it so it must be bad and getting people ringing up so we didn't stay anywhere and went home on same day

Location was were we needed to be so that wasn’t to bad

It stunk of fag smoke and so did the manager stairs to room was steep bedding was dirty as a family we had4 rooms 1st room family room was ok but not enough cutlery for tea coffee etc bedding had dried sick all over it curtain poles hanging of no hot water n only 1 toilet roll for 10 guest 2nd room just 1 bed which was what we booked was awful stank of fags no batteries in to remote 3rd room 1 double bed 1 single was rather smelly like off milk or eggs window catch was broke the single bed was a camping bed which moved when you sat in it so no one could sleep in it 3rd room 1 double 1 single same again it stunk 1 other guest warned us on arrival she had been to hospital n was treated for bedbugs so over all the stay was shocking
