I wouldn't no what I liked as no one was at the property and no one would answer the phone so I had to head home with my son so I payed for nothing

We couldn't get in the hotel the door was locked and I rang about 30 times through the day I need a full refund

We got there to a door with smashed windows and no locks, the whole place smelt of smoke and dirt!! Was shown to our room which was awful but though its fine we are inly sleeping here! Welll we didnt sleep as other (as we was told) full time residents were constantly shouting and arguing, this place should not be advertised for families, no milk, no toiletries, no towels (not that we would have used them) the window was broken in the room so couldn’t close it and it was so cold, dirty throughout, no pillowcases on the stained pillows, coffee and sugar rock solid, do not stay here

Close to the centre

No locks on the front doors, dirty rooms, broken windows, broken locks on doors no cold water taps, drug paraphernalia left in rooms blood on curtains manager threatening to go break some noses down at reception, not suitable for family’s!

Comfy bed and good view

To many stairs, tv got brought into room but no signal, didn,t like shared toilet or shower

Was stinking. Had to climb 6 flights of stairs to our room. Floors hadn’t been cleaned since it opened in the 1940s no toilet roll in any toilet so had to go out and get our own. Only 1 shower was working in the whole place.

Location was near to my work place

The basics were not available Like no handwash or soap or Toilet paper in the toilets ,the room has strange odour and it’s due to carpet moisture the water sprinkles from the wash basin and it goes down to carpet
