Japanese pre-set breakfast. Cream for coffee. No clear address.

Location is perfect, and the front desk staff very helpful and attentive. Room was large, comfortable and with good facilities, could stay here comfortably for a week.

Location's a little tricky. The street is easy to find, as is the storefront in the Booking.com picture, however the accommodation itself is on the opposite side of the street in a larger facility, with the reception office set back in a small alley. Led to a little confusion on our arrival.

Great central location among the streets of the pretty old town. Our room was very neat and clean with hardwood floors, so it was easy to relax. Our room was over the bakery, so there was a nice faint smell of cake and bread baking.

The small sofa in the room was a bit flimsy for sitting or luggage, so kind of pointless. A bench, low table or proper sofa would be more useful.. i liked the baking smells in room 204, but my wife did not like it very much, too buttery and sweet. In room 204, you can easily hear people in the bakery/breakfast room working and talking. It was not a problem for us because we were up and packing when breakfast was served, but i could clearly hear people working in the bakery in the evening and early morning even though they were not making a lot of noise. So, i think it is worth mentioning to the management. Finally, because i told the staff my concern about noise when i first arrived, they offered me a room on the first floor. I did not take it, however, because it had a strong musty/moldy smell. The second floor room they had booked me in was much fresher.

Location

Great amenities, comfortable beds and clean. Wonderful location. The staff were very helpful when we misplaced an item and helped us get it back.
