Delicious dinner. Good shower, but nowhere to put items inside, including the washing gel and shampoo supplied by the hotel.

Basic room. No wordrob. Looks like it needs new decoration, including the hotel reception area. Too soft and uncomfortable madress. You reach the hotel after a long drive in narrow road along the loch, but the hotel has no view of the loch. All you see from your room is the other rooms windows. Shortage of hotel staff. They can't give service in the reception and at the restaurant in reasonable time. Only one person is doing that. I felt I paid too much for what I got. I don't think I shall come back to this hotel.

The property is beautiful, the food was delicious. It is remote but has all you need in stunning settings. The staff were super helpful and attentive.

The location is good. The food was acceptable.

No staff, some bloke who would appear never to have been in a hotel before doing check in and helping in the bar which was dark, cold and utterly miserable. No glasses in the room. No fridge in the room. Cheap, thin towels, cheap uncomfortable pillows, vastly over priced for what was delivered.

Loved this cosy and beautiful hotel. Nice facilities and friendly staff. Dinner was really good - the best desert I have tasted! Recommend the scottish fried breakfast

Das Restaurant und die Berechnungstricks. Für nur die Vorspeise und Nachspeise = 2 courses wurden 30 £ berechnet (d.h. keine Hauptspeise, kleine Suppe und Vanilleeis). Das sind 8.50 £ mehr als ein Course als Haupspeise (22.50). Unfair. Die Antwort war, dass der Computer das so wolle. Ich empfehle allen 2 Coupés zu bestellen und zwar zwei mal die Hauptspeise. Dann gewinnt der Gast. Finde ich dann fair.

Fantastic view and amazing break away.

Could have blinds in the orchard for upstairs, only for the evening but I understand it might impact the stunning view.
