I have stayed here many times and each time surpasses my expectations ... wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room, poached eggs to perfection for breakfast !!

We had a very lovely stay, rooms cosy and clean, excellent service, food delicious, nice view of the pretty garden from our room. Only slight criticism is that I found the bed slightly hard, but I am a light sleeper. Overall though, we would definitely stay again.

Short stay of one night and couldn't partake in all the hotel had to offer. I found the staff extremely helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the shower was awesome. Will stay again if I'm seeking a billet in the area.

Very small rooms

The garden is beautifully maintained. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. The bar area has a lovely ambience and relaxing music. There is a corridor with a seating area. The communal toilet is well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking during our stay was good. The breakfast was of a good standard.

The TV was positioned at a rather awkward angle with limited options for adjustment, so you had to lie on your side to see it comfortably. Maybe placing the TVs opposite the bed could be a better idea. The noise from the stairs and the foot traffic of other guests caused disturbance in the morning. The bathroom was stocked with small bottles of toiletries. No iron or ironing board available. Additional bedding would have made our stay even more comfortable. We also noticed there was no room telephone, and the AM staff were talking loudly outside our door. Overall, a few details could be improved to make the stay more pleasant.
