"Nice, clean, safe stay for a solo traveler."

Close to the beach and broadwalk. Pool was nice and everything was clean.

Breakfast only lasts 1 hour and had a long line. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days. Wish they had a free little library and free beach chairs & umbrellas.

"The good and the bad"

proximity to the boardwalk, included breakfast, choice of pools. Housekeeping staff was excellent.

room type advertised on booking, did not exist per staff. To get the room type advertised, they made us pay anything extra $450. Water pressure is a common issue with toilet.

The most I liked was you are a block away from the beach and board walk restaurant, all walking distance.

They put me in another hotel, not the swan as I booked and seen on the picture, it was not as nice. Also, when I asked to be moved, they refused.
