Proximity to the beach

Check in process is slow. Waited 30 minutes in line to get checked in.

The location on Hollywood Beach is wonderful! It is just off of A1A, so not directly on the Broadwalk. The motel is comprised of several adjacent buildings, thus allowing for gated, intimate courtyards in each building, "private pools" and that definitely provides the high-end feel of much more expensive accommodations. It would still be a great deal with more basic details, especially during "Season" in South Florida.

During our entire 4 day stay, we were unable to keep the wifi connected to the TV long enough to watch anything! The entire front desk staff needs to be trained in Customer Service and Guest Relations. One employee was even rude enough to laugh at my husband when a large bag he was carrying busted open, and when he confronted her about it, she claimed to laughing about something else with someone that she was on the phone with!!

They charge you for a room then tell you there is $100 deposit. When you dont have the deposit money they cancel your reservation and keep the money you paid for the room and wont refund it to you. Thats got to he illegal
