Nothing to dislike

Clean, comfortable, like a fridge in your room

Expensive meals, and having to book at table in the evening, therefore I didn't eat at the hotel

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially with our Gluten Free breakfasts. Room was cleaned promptly. Very helpful with the booking the boat trips. Really enjoyed our stay.

We would have liked to have ventilation when using the shower - window would not open and no extraction fan. Toilet seat not fitted very well. We got round it but may be an issue for other guests.

Great location, wonderful staff

It location minutes from the quay and centre of Hugh Town. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished and was clean and comfortable. There were sone lovely lounge areas and a patio with views out over the harbour and water. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
