Great location at the end of The Quay. Able to check in early when ferry arrived. Short walk to shops etc. and the Garrison. Excellent breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, great location, breakfast good - fab stay

Our room was up 4 different flights of stairs - so taking the luggage quite a long way.

"Very pleasant and would certainly stay there again."

Breakfast was good. Dining room has a view over the harbour. Room was carefully serviced every day. Fresh milk was provided for hot drinks in room. Cookies were also provided.

There were stairs up to ensuite bathroom. Could not really be avoided due to design of hotel on hill.

breakfast was excellent. It was available a little earlier than 8 and that was great.

everything was great. WE especially enjoyed some time in the conservatory. A very beautiful room.

I really liked the friendly staff and the food was excellent. The hotel room was very comfortable. Brilliant breakfast!

The bathroom was nice but there seemed to be a slight draught coming from it.
