Perfect location next to the quay, very nice room with sea views, very comfortable hotel with amazing staff especially on reception.

Toiletries are still this miniature plastic tubes - would prefer wall mounted quality shower gel and shampoo.

Excellent location and exemplary service. No it’s not the cheapest place but you definitely get a high level of service.

Excellent location near the quay. Bright and modern restaurant with nice outdoor seating as well.

The bedroom was nothing like the bright and modern downstairs. The bedroom was very basic and dated. It was also very stuffy with no fridge in room which was much needed so that we could have had access to cold water to drink. The shower curtain in the bathroom was not nice. Service at breakfast was inconsistent depending on which staff were working. We waited 40 minutes one morning for our cooked breakfast and staff were abrupt in their response to questions. Other days staff were efficient and polite.

Location, lovely outside terrace. Room with sea view definitely worth it. Handily located next to arrival quay.

Great food for breakfast and evening meals. Comfortable room and cheery helpful staff. Brilliant location for the ferries.

the 39 steps to our bedroom as I have osteoarthritis in both my knees and it was painful. I should have asked for a lower room whrn I booked
