What really stood out during our stay was the quality of the staff. In particular, Dean went above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He was engaging, attentive, and clearly takes pride in doing his job well. It’s refreshing to come across someone so genuinely committed to delivering a great guest experience.

The hotel has recently changed hands, and while there are a few areas for improvement, it shows plenty of promise, with the new owners planning a refresh which should further enhance the overall experience.

Very clean rooms, incredibly comfortable beds – we slept wonderfully. The staff were incredibly friendly. The adapter was a lifesaver – thank you so much, Jim!!

Due to partners disability the only issue was there was stairs no lift but it doesn’t detract from the lovely stay we had
