The rooms and the hotel in general require a substantial upgrade. The noise from the bar that lasted until about 1 am. The beds were uncomfortable. £185 was expensive for the room, and breakfast was not included. In my estimation, the room is probably only worth £80 per night.

Friendly staff, wide and comfortable room. Good facilities. Quiet.

No yogourt available for breakfast.

Good location, easy to find and parking right outside. Staff attentive and helpful, easy key fob side door entry & exit if arriving back after midnight.

Nothing really not to like, didn’t use the bar or breakfast facilities as we were only there overnight and were really only there to sleep.

Could do with a bit of TLC.

You could just see in the bathroom, things hadn’t had any work for a while. Sealant and stuff around the bath panel. And the tv was past its time. The remote wouldn’t work properly, and still didn’t with a second remote. So obviously the tv. No net curtains or anything even though I could look to the right strait into another window. But to be honest, if you were with the lads on a boozy weekend, it would be great. Sports bar downstairs with 5 pool tables. Nice dartboard in the corner. And a few TV’s for sports. But also in the other side if that’s not your thing, lovely old looking reception area with sofas to sit on. You wouldn’t realise the bar side. It could be one of the best places to stay being a 10 minute walk to Inverness centre. Just need to put in a bit more effort. And charge £9.99 for the breakfast. People might want it then. I went to McDonald’s.

El trato del personal del hotel fue excelente. Nos facilitaron alargar una noche más la estancia a pesar de tener que mover otras habitaciones para que mantuviésemos la nuestra el día siguiente. Nos recomendaron sitios para ir y cosas que hacer.

No hay servicio diario de habitaciones y el ruido del tren.
