Location & parking are good, food and bar was good.

Everything was good.

Cher, cette chambre et l’emplacement de l’hôtel ne justifie aucunement le tarif.

Un peu bruyant avec la route à côté, par contre, le personnel est adorable, juste à côté du centre ville , super rapport qualité prix

Good value for money clean and easy to find nice staff

The staff were all extremely pleasant and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent.

Although the hotel was clean, the decor is starting to look a bit tired and past it's best in places.

Dean who seemed to be doing all jobs was an absolute credit to the hotel and the only reason i didn't walk out and go to the Premier Inn next door! The hotel was very run down, the outside looked grim. The room was drab had an uncomfortable mattress and was more like a hostel. Food was ok. Porridge in morning was really good. But Dean was so friendly, went that extra mile to make our stay comfortable and even moved his car so we could park our motorhome (we were about to start the NC500) and has become our benchmark for all hospitality staff in the future! Give the hotel a make over and do whatever is needed to keep hold of Dean ;)

Drab tired room, Very unwelcoming Uncomfortable thin mattress. No fridge in room (although appreciated the free bottle of water in the room & coffee station)
