Hotel Pol Haveli Jaisalmer

Staff are good.

No pillow covers on arrival. Both days no water supply in room. Stops midway in shower. Car has to be parked away and walk. Too narrow street and verymuch uncomfortable to walk around

The restaurant was a really cool area to relax. There was a nice breeze blowing through the open windows and areas to lay down that overlooked the town.

Our stay was really great and the host Manu helped us with everything. The room was very nice and the hotel had also a terrace with a beautiful view of the fort. We did the safari organized by Pol Haveli, which we really recommended. It was a non touristic one and you can really experience the life of desert men.

The room and the sheets were ok but could have been cleaner. In addition to this, Pol Haveli is not inside the fort, but actually you can get there by 10 min walk, which was totally fine for us. Overall, also given the price paid, I really really recommend the hotel and the safari!

Had a wonderful time, the hotel was beautiful clean and comfortable. The food was great, the owners were so helpful and kind, the desert trip was really special and fun. I highly recommend!

Staff are friendly and nice talking,and they are giving no cost pick up from raiway station. Food is delicious. Friendly nature.

I have no word to say how I felt good in Poli Haveli Hotel. It is beautiful place but what make it wonderful is the staff. Manu made me feel as a family member. Isword the manager is tireless and all time attentive to my needs. Ali is the best safari guide I could desire to go in the desert. If I will come in Jaisalmer 100 time I will choose the same hotel with no any doubts. Thank you for your passion in your work
