Hotel Pol Haveli Jaisalmer

It’s very to Jaisalmer fort you can see a pretty good view on the rooftop and food was amazing very cool and very friendly staff’s room was nice I really enjoyed this stay I did camel safari from pol Haveli Desert Safari that’s the one you have to do in Jaisalmer , I highly recommend this property to stay 😊🥰☺️

Really nice hotel, I was like a maharaja!!! Very clean rooms and common places. Also the plan for two days there was amazing, with a safari tour sleeping on the desert. And of course, they gave me proper advice about the city and places to enjoy. Sure I recommend Hotel Pol Haveli for all people!!!

The room was clean and spacious, services were really good, the terrace and the view from it was very beautiful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location is good enough to walk to any part of the city, including the fort. The rooms are quite big, the bathroom as well and the water pressure was perfect. It is clean, comfortable and most importantly it was super quiet so we could sleep like babies. AC worked fine despite the 50 celsius temperatures when we were there. Ana's son came to pick us up at the train station at midnight and we were hungry so he took us to his home and cooked food for us even though it was super late... Ana and his team will gladly help with anything you need and they are always easily reachable. We needed help to get a train ticket to Jodhpur and he helped us out with it with no commission fees. You should book this place with no hesitation as it is quite perfect.

A very beautiful haveli in a quiet area with a sweet rooftop with a good restaurant and amazing food. The owner and the staff are all so helpfull and they really just want you to be happy and they do everything for it. I enjoyed my time there a lot, i wasnt feeling so well when i arrived but they changed it, cooked extra healthy and simple food just for me and for my belly, they have a really good cook:-) I felt like being a part of the familly, this place has a good spirit and i am happy to return one day.

Our stay with this hotel was amazing the location of this property is very good rooms are very specious and clean other facilities and staff were very good with prompt room services and the best part was restaurant of this property food was excellent too

The staff was very friendly and we even got a pickup from the train station. The hotel is extremely beautiful! Clean rooms and an amazing rooftop common area. Big recommendation.

The room was same as in the photos, big, clean. Bed was very comfortable and smelled fresh. Bathroom was also clean, hot water available. In the room there was airco and a ceiling fan. Towels were provided. Wifi worked well. The rooftop restaurant had a nice view to the fort and was very relaxing. Dinner was good and for a low price. All staff was very friendly. Overall good value for money and proper cleaning.

It was on a small dusty road where the car could barely enter due to cows and dogs. We felt a bit unconfortable when we opened the door to our room because the staff was sleeping on a bench in front of our room.

Everything! The family truly cares about their guest and make you feel right at home. I came as a traveler and left at a true friend. If you want to experience true and heartfelt Rajasthani hospitality and culture this is the place to come. Deeraj, Anaa, Manu and the whole family where exceptional and my stay here was the best in India to date. Great food, spacious rooms, comfy mattress, and authentic decor. Thank you 🙏
