Perfect location high in the fort. Great spot for sunrise. Our room faced due east. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant and good selection of food and drink. All reasonably priced.

Bed needed warmer covers

Nice and quiet place close to the main attractions. Good restaurant with beautiful few over the city to the lake.

The room and bathroom was very small. Batroom fittings were dirty and old. Bed linen and towels were dirty. And the day of check out they asked us to leave the room at 9am. They suggested us their tent in dunes (wild haritage resort camp) for one night. It was not good at all. It was far from where the dune is. The tent is middle of no where. Food was not good. Very very spicy food. The tent was was full of mosquitoes. They promised jeep safari in the dunes but safari was like for 5km out of which only 500mtrs of dunes. The jeep guy took us to some area where his friends were waiting with quad bikes. First they made us seat on the quad bike then started asking INR 2000 for 15mins ride, on top of that the quad buke guy asked me INR 500 as tips. It was very embarrassing.

This is place is a hidden gem inside the Jaisalmer fort. We liked everything about the place- the people, the ambiance, the view, the food, everything was excellent. The host Surya and his team is really doing a fantastic job and they really knows importance of customer satisfaction and excellent hospitality. They have also arranged our tours to SAM dunes where we also had nothing to complain. I should also mention about Raj who was taking care and severing us the food in the roof top restaurant who is really well behaved, always with a pleasant smiling face. So the decision to stay at this place has really made our whole Jaisalmer stay truly memorable.

Nothing- Everything was perfect.

All the staffs were very helpful and well behaved, especially Raj, the young man from Nepal. Restaurant area at the terrace is a nice place to hang around. The views of sunrise from our room was quite breathtaking. Most tourist attractions like Patwon Ki Haveli, Gadisar lake etc. can be reached from here on foot.
