The location was awesome the host was very responsive and the staff. The room was in decent condition and clean when we arrived overall good place to stay.

The property is rented like an Air BNB property. However this was not explained to me prior to my stay. I was surprised that they donot provide cleaning services or toiletries. They explained when I arrived that I had to contact the host directly to ask if they could provide toilet paper or exchange our towels because it was not like a hotel but like an airbnb. That meant that they did not constantly provide toilet paper or clean your room only when you first arrive. They also said to clean the room would be an extra charge. I was in shock because I saw a $40 cleaning fee included in the rental charge for the almost two weeks we stood there and I was told it was only to clean the room after we left. I was an awe as this was not clear to me when renting through booking.com. The host understood what I said and gave us a one time courtesy cleaning and provided extra toilet paper when I explained I did not know this was rented out like an airbnb. Since I have never rented a place through airbnb. If they rent this out like an airbnb they should provide the cleaning supplies. How else would you keep the room clean if they donot clean it until you check out. I mean that was to me the downside. There is also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. All in all it was a decent room and the location was good.

Large room, comfortable beds, air condition works well, clean bathroom, this place is very near to a lot different restaurants and near to the Disneyland. The price is good for a room with 2 beds. I will come back soon.
