Disney 12 minutes for family, Pool and parking FREE

Very spacious room. Clean. Laundry on site. Free parking right out front. Good location right next to the food trucks.

No amenities other than the pool. The gym and cafe on site have been closed for months. The front desk 80% of the time didn’t speak English. They wouldn’t even print out the receipt upon request.

the room itself is pretty good. We got a king on the second floor. Ample space. Work table and dining table which was very useful. Well laid out. Clean. Washer and dryer in the hallway. Ample parking.

the gym and the cafe on site as listed were closed and have been closed for months. I have to work during the days so I’m basically at the hotel all the time. I would not have booked this place had I known the amenities were not operational. Most of the staff at the front desk do not speak English or speak very little English.

The room was so unexpectedly lovely since the outside failed to compare

Not enough lighting in order to get ready by the bathroom ie putting on makeup. The breakfast was awkward. Boiled egg and two pieces of sausage? Of course they cereal and such. The bar is not really a bar with just having red wine and beer. They need a better assortment

My ac unit was leaking a bit on the inside but that's all.

Location was good for me this time
