The staff were very good

LUpon our arrival, we were dismayed to find no one at the reception, and the available employees struggled with English, making communication challenging. Subsequently, when we entered our room, we were shocked to discover the bathroom already in use. I promptly captured a photo as evidence of the uncleanliness. Moreover, our disappointment continued as we noticed a used bottle of water in the room's trash, spots on the bed sheet, and hair on the sink. Our attempt to address these issues with an employee proved fruitless, as he dismissed our concerns and left to take a picture himself, leaving us without a means of resolution. Our decision to choose this hotel, like others, was based on our trust in the Booking website.

The room was immaculate, the pool area was lovely. We had a leak in our room with only 3 days to go so it was a bit of a hassle packing and moving rooms however the staff did help.

I liked that it was close to the Disney and Universal parks. I also liked how nice the room was for the price.

They could have provided more garbage bags, we only had four very small bags the entire week.

The air conditioner don’t work properly and the shower don’t have warm or hot water

It was close to lot of different restaurants, gift shop & CVS. the pool is very nice.

slightly misleading as to exactly how close to Disney attractions. a lot of homeless and panhandlers in the immediate area outside hotel parking lot.
