There was no key in the lock key box, there was no communication from the owner as to why this was I just got told to sort it with booking.com after travelling very far to get there and then wen we tried to ring the owner they then decided to block my number and scam us

Noisy people next door and lower level

Terrible accommodation, I expected two large beds and not one small and one large, the heating didn't work and we didn't meet any staff

There was availability last minute

It was cold The duvets were thin There were no curtains There was no heating as it didn't work The bathroom light was hanging off The bed sheets were stained The lamp didn't work You couldn't fill the kettle in the sink as the sink was too small to fit the kettle under the tap The carpet was lose on the stairs so a trip hazard Constant banging of doors and music all night from the room above and a room on the same floor as us No toilet roll No hand-wash in the bathrooms

En general nada, pero para pasar una noche no está mal

Los baños muy malos, pequeños y sin agua caliente. No pudimos ducharnos en dos días. Las camas con unos colchones muy malos.
