Nothing really

The owners of the property were unprofessional with the way they messaged and got in contact with us . The rooms still had rubbish in from previous guests . The walls were like paper , you could hear everything from every other guest . We had guests coming in at all hours of the morning , screaming , banging on the doors , shouting , laughing , just being disrespectful and loud , waking us up multiple times throughout the night . The bathrooms were awful , people leaving faeces in toilets , toilets not flushing properly and 1 toilet roll between something like 9 rooms . It wasn’t a pleasant stay .

Clean and tidy really worth the price

Worse place I've ever stayed in,lots of things broken,not very clean at all and very noisy

Light hanging off in one of the bathrooms with the wires showing which is very dangerous, no water for the kettle, place needs a deep clean

Dodgy location. Ended up as an all female couple not feeling safe enough to stay. Drove home instead of staying at a loss of £174 - which it certainly was not worth. Glass door to see into entrance hall has been replaced with solid black door, which was unlocked with direct street access when we arrived. Sockets broken in room.

It’s very expensive for a room

Location as we were visiting for a gig at anfield and this location was good for that.

Electric sockets in room not working. Beds not very comfortable. Broken furniture in room, and light hanging off ceiling in toilet. Insufficient toilet roll supplied in toilet( half a roll between 2 toilets) Noisy, both from street traffic and other guests all through the night, as toilet doors creaked and room doors slamming shut.
