County serviced accommodation

A bit rough round the edges but served our purpose

We asked for family room with two single beds and one double bed and we only had one double bed and one single bed. My kids did have to share one single bed together

Attitude of the owner when I call him and complain about hearing not working and missing one hi told me F off

The only bad thing was the showers were not great but other than that couldn't fault it, and the owner was very helpful

beds were about the only nice thing unfortunately.

there was 2 showers, one didn’t even work and the other one was freezing cold. Plug sockets looked as if it had been shot with a big hole in it and there wasn’t even a TV remote. Plus the stairs on the way up had some sort of stains on them. Not work £300 for 1 night. Especially the area it’s in.

Leaving roof so was dripping all night + window didn't shut so had to stuff hole around the frame

Room was clean, bottled water was left for guests to consume. Easy check-in process.

Bathrooms left in poor condition (but this is a result of other guests). Shower did not heat up, with poor water pressure. Expensive for what it offered.

Never left our key for us, refused to answer the phone, then double booked us in with another group

Paid a whopping amount for the room. The key was not in the key container?!? So we had nowhere to stay, when the biggest LFC parade for 35 years was next day and there was a huge Bank Holiday music festival that weekend. The telephone number went dead or to voicemail. Not a single response to over a dozen calls and emails was received. Conmen. Definitely Do NOT use. 3 blokes came out of the building, as we arrived, having also pre-paid, and told me that their room was already occupied!

The other guests where up all night in and out of the toilet and up and down the stairs. Someone left the latch on and we where locked out... hallways reeked of cigarettes. They have a cheeky charging what they do ! Ruined our night away. Nobody was able to sleep. Whoever I was messaging was unprofessional and unhelpful. As soon as we arrived our hearts sank. It's worse than a hostel! Avoid this place it's thrown together and now falling apart. Tiny beds, dirty floors and hallway. The mattresses are cheap and thin lumpy. Stained bedding. Honestly should be taken off this app.
