Lift brilliant for aged mother and her room was very accessible Car park good and big enough for no of guests Just across from the beach and very central

Seagulls took some getting used to!! I know not your fault! 😂

"Loved llandudno but would stay somewhere different another time"

The breakfast was cooked to order was nice and hot but very basic, the room was spotlessly clean and though the window was tiny I had a lovely sea view

No WiFi, no aircon and when I asked they didn’t have any fans, the weather was excohot which made the room stuffy and the window only opened a couple of inches so not much fresh air either
