The breakfast was lovely my compliments to the chef. Serve was quick and plenty of food . Staff were great.

A room on lower floor as I found it hard to navigate the staircase from lift to room with luggage and more wall sockets or extention maybe x

The location is fantastic and the main part of the hotel is impressive. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the family room being split into 2 rooms worked really well for us, especially with a teenager who appreciated some privacy. The food was very good, parking was useful, and Llandudno itself is a brilliant place to visit with everything you need.

For £230 a night, with breakfast and parking charged on top, I expected better. The room decor felt tired and was peeling in places. The bathroom door had no lock and did not latch properly. The room was ridiculously hot and we had to buy a fan because none were available, even though we were told this had been an issue last year. Breakfast felt rushed for a Sunday, running from 8:00 to 9:30 with guests needing to leave by 9:30, which is not ideal when getting a family ready. £10 for breakfast for a 4 year old also felt steep. The staff experience was mixed. One member of staff last night was friendly, but the rest did not seem particularly interested. We were also blocked in by a staff member’s car despite warning signs being displayed. We had to wait for him to move it and he did not speak to us or apologise. There were also smokers standing under a no smoking sign by the rear entrance.

We only stayed one night as we were visiting LLandudno for a function. Our room was quite small but clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The breakfast was very good. Cereal and toast were unlimited. The cooked breakfast was very well presented and tasted freshly cooked. The location was absolutely perfect, on the sea front and only a few yards from the main shopping centre and Victorian shopping street. The barman kept the bar open for us so we could watch the football match on the bar TV. This was very accommodating. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to use one of the Hotel's parking spaces which, at £6, seemed very reasonable.

The room was a bit small and the view wasn't great but we knew this when we booked so no complaints at all.

Vi havde fået et værelse i annekset, som var i stueplan og som desværre lå lige overfor et udendørs rygerum og tæt på bagudgangen, hvilket betød en masse højlydt snak fra folk lige uden for vinduet. Desuden var der ingen instruks til hvordan man kunne få varmt vand i brusekabinen til de af os, som ikke kender til den slags varmt vands beholdere.

The hotel is very welcoming and we always book here when in Llandudno , the staff are very friendly.the rooms are always very clean .
