"Best hotel in Aerocity"

Morning Jiya, Andaz Delhi remains my absolute favorite place to stay every time I visit India. During my recent two-day visit, the exceptional team looked after me perfectly, with a special shoutout to Tanmoi, Akash and Avinash for the outstanding, attentive service. ​The highlight of every morning is their incredible breakfast spread. I look forward to the refurbishment. Sanjeev from concierge and the reception girls looked after us very well. As a loyal Hyatt guest, this property consistently delivers a seamless, high-quality experience that keeps me coming back.

His product knowledge is excellent, and he is always approachable, helpful, and attentive to every detail. What truly stands out is his attitude of always going above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of while maintaining the high standards of Andaz. As crew members staying frequently at the hotel, we have personally experienced how dedicated he is in managing our preferences, coordinating smooth room check-ins, and assisting us even with the smallest requests. His hard work, positive attitude, and constant smile make a real difference. It is also wonderful to see how respectfully and warmly he treats all guests and colleagues alike. His dedication and passion for his work are clearly visible every day. I genuinely wish him all the best for his future endeavors. "Good"

The property was not accommodating in terms of cancellation and charged. There was a personal exigency and they were just bothered about charging the money. Will never stay here again

"Seamless hospitality and a brilliant workspace"

I stayed at Andaz Delhi for a quick 1-day business trip, and it completely delivered on what I needed. Being just minutes from the airport in Aerocity cut down on travel friction immensely. The rooms are incredibly spacious, well-lit, and feature a great, functional workspace. Food at AnnaMaya was excellent with a great emphasis on fresh, premium options.

"Unhygienic room and bathroom and bad quality of service"

The room was spacious, the check-in process was easy, and the Wi-Fi was good.”

“The quality of service was extremely poor. I had to repeatedly ask for simple requests like water bottles, ice cubes, and Coca-Cola multiple times. I asked for Coca-Cola at least 10 times, and when it finally arrived, it was at room temperature instead of cold. Room dining was not answering calls, so I had to keep calling reception for everything. I also ordered chilli chicken, which took nearly an hour to be delivered. The room was not cleaned properly. I could clearly see finger marks, the floor was not vacuumed properly, and there was hair in the bathroom. It looked like the room had been closed for a long time and was given to me without proper inspection. An unhygienic bathroom and such poor housekeeping standards are completely unacceptable. The service coordination was chaotic. For nearly two hours no one came with the requested water and Coca-Cola, and then suddenly multiple staff members started arriving one after another. In the end, I received three ice buckets, 10 water bottles, and six Coca-Colas. I had to repeatedly get up and open the door, and around seven different staff members came to the room. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience

"I Thought Andaz was Better Than This"

We had a disappointing stay at the Andaz. It was crowded, loud, messy, and dirty. Our room was not properly cleaned. A room service dinner was delicious, but our breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a disaster. Loud, crowded, unclean, and poor-quality food.
