Professionals staff all around the property

If your standard is the other Andaz properties like Maui or Bali or Tokyo— you will be sorely disappointed. Staff competence and effort is low, location is close to the airport but few cultural attractions, restaurant staff were unhelpful.

Breakfast spread was nice but the dinning wasnt comfortable enough .

One of the rudest hotel staff I have ever come across in any so called 5 star property. In fact, I wouldn't even consider this a true 5 star hotel. I have never seen bouncers standing in a hotel lobby behaving like local goons and treating guests with such disrespect and arrogance. It was extremely uncomfortable especially for famalies, and people planning to stay here with family should genuinly be aware of the kind of behaviour they may face from lobby security goons. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of professionalism from the hotel senior managment. I complained about the incident and later recieved a call from the managment team. I clearly explained everything that had happened , but after that , nobody even bothered to call back or apologise. That speaks volumes about how little they care about guest experience and accountablity. This is exactly what seperates brands like Hyatt from many other hotel chains - professionalism, courtesy, and respect for guests. Sadly , this hotel had none of it. I will never stay here again .

It was good. Room was clean and spacious. Nice runaway view. Food was good. Only because of renovation check in was a bit slower but as usual hyatt staffs were maintaining it really well

Kamal and Ritruaz were wonderful in checking in with us to our room to ensure we have everything we need to have a comfortable stay. Very lovely room and service!

The ambience, spacious and clean rooms and the food. Staff were also very friendly.
