I had a subpar experience this time around. The staff are discriminatory. Most of them fail to recognise that you are on a multi-night stay. They don't take service requests seriously. Except for a duty manager named Tanmay, the rest of the staff offered disatisfactory service. The breakfast menu was boring and repetitive. There's no hot water in the room. (It's lukewarm at best). The housekeeping was terrific and quite impressive. It's a 5 Star hotel but behaves and renders service like a 3 Star hotel.
