No bath towel in the bath room

SCAMMERS!!! On arriving at the hotel, I was led to their sister hotel where rooms were priced much cheaper although they would still charge me the original amount. I asked them to show the room before making the payment. I confronted them about costing and showed that the price on their website is almost half of what I was supposed to pay for the booking I made. The sister property was in a shabby place and not somewhere I would like to stay. The hotel seem cramped and loud with people. Hotel guests had there clothes drying on stair side rails and any place they could find in the common areas! I was forced to look for another property at 10:30 PM. It was a horrible experiece.

There was lot of shouting and disturbances on the day of my stay during sleeping hours, upto 3-4 pm

Wasn't very clean 😔 and was noisy environments

The hotel is expensive.

Location outside the hotel is not good.

This was not a star hotel , I can give maximum 2 star , location was not aerocity, , finding the hotel was not easy .

Very pleasant stay for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the airport. The personel was very nice and helped us book a taxi for our early flight (good price and on time). The food was really good and they were very kind to serve us because we arrived a bit late in the evening. Overall, it was a good experience. We will come back 🙏
