Hotel Smart Plaza Delhi Airport

Location is not that good particularly from the main road

Breakfast was not upto mark

The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable enough, the airconditioning works well, the staff are helpful and kind.

This hotel is NOT in Aerocity- please note it is in a neighborhood just outside, but this really needs to changed on the website as it is missleading. While it was indeed very clean the facilities are not those of a four star hotel (which is how it comes up in the search)- it is not soundproof, the room we booked had no window but this was not indicated (we changed to a smalled room with a window), the shower is basic.

The property advertise is misleading. It’s not what it shows. Filthy smelly rooms. Tea kettle had insects inside. Not worth for price . Bathrooms so dirty. Taps rusted. Wont recommend anyone at any cost.
