Location was wrong while booking amd actual location was different. Rooms were different feom what is displayed in pictures

Helpful service OK room with basic features.

Beware. The booking.com location map is totally misleading. This is one of many standard hotels in the labyrinth of dusty back streets of Mahipalpur. It is nowhere near AeroCity metro station, as booking.com purports to show. It requires a hazardous tuk tuk journey from the station across a very busy dual carriageway. Not suitable for easy access to the airport.

The room was nice and spacious.

The staff, specially the one working on front desk was not at all professional.

The room was comfortable and the WiFi worked.

As in most places I stayed in India they use urinal cubes (only way I can describe it) in the sink to stop the smell from escaping. This means that the room smelt very strongly of urinal cubes. The location seemed a little rough round the edges and isn’t really in aerocity. Also in the morning the hotel staff asked if I wanted a taxi. I couldn’t get my Uber app to work so agreed. They said this would be 1000 rupees but they hadn’t even asked where I was going. I would have also had to pay the staff at reception. So this was a massively inflated price.

I would have liked to know we were off the airport facilities and that the address was clear that the hotel is off Road Number 4. i.e. Provide the exact address, including the street name and number.

food was fairly fine.

cleanliness was poor. remotes of AC and Tv were not properly working. staffs are not welcoming and active.
