Sen's Homestay

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, bedding smelled awesome, bed was super comfy, breakfast was delicious, the whole family goes above and beyond to make people feel happy and at home, beautiful and cheap food around, you can rent bikes for 50k a day and go anywhere you want. I would have loved to stay forever!!! We got to Ninh Binh early and we were able to check in right away, and also check out later due to our bus schedule. Thank you so much for having us and make us feel so loved.

Everything was perfect, we could have checked in 4 hours earlier since our bus arrived early in the morning. We also rented motorbikes for an amazing price and washed our clothes. Everyone was kind. I really recommend!

I rented a private room. Very clean and tidy. The bed very comfortable and the aircon and wifi works good. The family is very friendly. The breakfast is good.

Amazing people run this homestay. They were friendly and caring despite they spoke little english. The room was spacious with a clean bed and an aircon! The bathroom was also clean with great water pressure. They even let me take a shower after checkout, which was super helpful before taking a night train. So glad to get to meet these generous people in Vietnam.

Very comfy beds, nice terrace, bike and motorbike rental available. It’s 15 minutes walk from the city with all the restaurants, there is also a nice restaurant on the other side of the road. The owners were very helpful, breakfast was good enough included in the price! The room has everything you need!

A bit out of the way from the town but a nice easy walk along rice fields!

The staff were really helpful and very friendly, our stay included breakfast, which was nice fruit, yoghurt and omelette. It was very clean, comfortable and value for money We hired a moped from them and got to really explore the area which is stunning. It's just outside Tam Coc so nice and quiet, not too far from the main centre of Tam Coc, we walked in many times and took about 10 minutes. We would stay here again and recommend it.

I recently stayed at Sen’s Homestay and, although I unfortunately experienced food poisoning during my visit, I was in the best hands possible. The staff took exceptional care of me, ensuring I felt comforted and well looked after. The homestay was impeccably clean, and the breakfast—simple yet delicious—was a delightful way to start the day. Although the location is a bit outside the city, this actually enhances the experience by creating a quieter, more relaxed environment. Additionally, the option to rent bicycles and motorcycles made it easy to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. I highly recommend Sen’s Homestay for its outstanding hospitality!!
