Sen's Homestay

The people who run the property are extremely kind and welcoming. Scooters are available to rent and they have a great laundry service.

The location is a little out of town but there are restaurants and shops right outside.

The owners are so kind, they did everything to help me and assure me the best comfort. The structure and the room was very clean. Highly recommended! They also rent motorbikes for 100k and they work perfectly.

Staying at Sen's Homestay truly feels like being welcomed into a loving home. 😊 I arrived feeling very sick, and this incredible family went above and beyond to take care of me as if I were one of their own. They constantly checked in to make sure I was okay, and I am forever grateful for their care and kindness. They also helped me arrange the bus from Ninh Binh to Cat Ba. The room itself was clean and spacious, with AC and ensuite bathroom. The place has some nice food/coffee spots around and you can take a nice long walk from here to the Dragon Mountain (a must visit!). Definitely recommend! 😊

Perfectly clean, perfectly comfortable, great room with air con and a fan. Great shower and bed, easy to find and in a nice quiet area, staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. They helped us to book the sleeper bus to Sapa and made sure we got on the bus okay. We also rented bicycles from them which were great.

We booked this stay at the last minute because our other homestay had issues and had to cancel on us the day of our booking. It was definitely for the best because our host at Sen's was amazing. He helped us carry our bags to our floor (not expected and very appreciated) and was overall super helpful during our stay. We hired bikes from the homestay to explore Ninh Binh which was great. The homestay us just off the main strip of Tam Coc with a short walk into town. We didn't mind because we like to walk :) Great value for money.

Unfortunately for us a rooster decided to crow from 4 am, and we weren't able to shut the window completely as the handle was broken. All we could do was laugh!
