"Comfortable and enjoyable."

The owners are so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were very big and spacious with a very large very comfy bed. The air con was excellent and the bathroom en-suite was perfect. We were greeted with cold drinking water everyday and fresh towels and toilet paper, we rented motorbikes everyday which were extremely reasonably priced. Excellent stay would highly recommend !!!

Owner was really kind and helpfull. The room was cute. Excellent and cheap breakfast.

Noise due to reconstruction. No room service.

The beds are just great. Location is on a 15 minute walk from Tam Coc Main Street and 20-30 minutes to all the other sights near Ninh Binh. Quiet neighborhood and a nice and helpful host

There is definitely hot water, but it runs out a bit fast

"Big bang for the buck"

Staff, room, cleanliness, Tam Coc reachable by bicycle

No fridge, kettle in the room (but you can ask them for hot water). Few resto around but not extraordinary, plus very expensive
