The Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club

staff were brilliant, very helpful, but also really friendly and chatty.

The temperature in the rooms......the main area of the hotel was fine, but as soon as you walked through the doors to the rooms it was like walking into a sauna.

Good location. Good facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Good food.

The room size was too small. Particularly the bed which was fine for one and not for two

Modern, quiet and clean room. Lovely gym and swimming facilities.

Room was tiny and the bed was too small for 2 people (parent and child). Also too short for a 6ft tall boy.

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant offered an interesting variety of reasonably priced dishes and it was wonderful that we could use the leisure facilities after check out.

Room was very basic and so was the spa. We arrived for breakfast just before 10am and there were no pastries left and very little of the full english although they did do eggs for us.

It was very basic and the pictures made it look like a spa hotel. It is a leisure centre with rooms basically.

Good and varied leisure facilities.
