Hotel Brunette

The staff is terrible, a lot of disrespectful people, a woman doesn't let you rest, the owner is disrespectful, I don't recommend the place, the owner leaves a lot to be desired, it doesn't look like a hotel, it looks like a passing motel, the owner does that for the guests.

I did like the atencion of my needs and the service always with smile. I will definitely go back there .

For me I think the way it is is great.

Everything was perfect.

Great location and breakfast was good. Free coffee all day! Jonathan, the worker was nice but didn’t speak too much English so I couldn’t really communicate with him, but he tried and it showed so I was happy with his efforts. Lobby was nice. Pictures online are not like the place in real life.

The room was a different room then what I picked online. They should’ve taken this offline if it was uninhabitable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable in the dorm rooms. The fan didn’t really work. The dorm room didn’t have lockers and it was very run down and dingy! The reviews seemed good which was why I chose the place, but maybe the reviews didn’t pertain to the dorm rooms bcuz they were not nice! Door doesn’t lock from inside. Someone working should speak English better to help the guests with bus routes/local information etc. No one knew anything about how to get to places compared to the other travelers I met who said their guesthouse/hostel had lots of useful/helpful information. They don’t offer free water!
