The property is arranged around a central courtyard. Weekend nights, this operates as a nightclub, with enormous speakers. You are therefore sleeping meters away from this nightclub, which finishes well after 1am. The attendees and staff then hang around to about 2:30am, noisely collecting glasses and having shouted drunk conversations. Not even earplugs will block it out. We also waited for breakfast for about 1hr 15 minutes, while all of the locals at the breakfast were served in 20-30 minutes.

CAVery close to the cathedral and town square, spacious room with high ceilings. Cute boutique hotel vibe, courtyard restaurant - breakfast is included. They arrange tours to the volcano. They also do laundry on site for a reasonable price.
Slow service, room not cleaned in 3 days, garbage piled up. Sewer gas smell from the bathroom, they had a smell dispenser on the wall to dissipate it but it was unmistakable. It helps to cover the shower drain and sink drains (no P trap). We were on the ground floor and the window had to remain open for the air con hose, made it very noisy.

This antique style hotel is a gem but it would use more cleaning ! There was a pigeons nest between the ceiling and roof , and this creatures are noisy at night time . Unless you have a heavy sleep or don't mind their noise, cute place to crash for one night or two .
ROThis hotel has a perfect location, is like having the amazing cathedral in your backyard. Also the staff is friendly and you have multiple choices for the breakfast. The room is comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and we wanted to stay more, but was fully booked.
