The Sanctuary Residence

The hotel is located not far from the airport and within walking distance to the city center where you can find shops, supermarkets and nice restaurants to have lunch/dinner. The residence itself is a nice place with two pools and an old gym (no cardio machines though). The room was actually very big and spacious, had fridge, desk... However, it feels like whenever I was leaving the room electricity (including fridge) wasn't working...

There were some corporate events during my stay so the first morning I woke up at 6:30am because a group of around 20 people were downstairs in the yard talking and laughing loudly... I mean seriously, at 6:30? And that was two days in a row... On the same first morning I woke up again at 8am because the lady who wanted to clean the room was loudly shouting and knocking on my door and then without getting any response (I literally just opened my eyes and was trying to figure out what was going on) just opened the door... Luckily I extra locked it...

The staffs are very nice. the property is fair for the price but the the bathroom is very old and have lots of black mould on the bathroom area. you should not expect the property as the picture

the hotel hired a tuk tuk for me and the guy try to charge us more money, took us to buy SIM card that is 3 times the price. and the hotel was confused of the bill with travel guide. it was quite stressful to deal with all this during the holiday and luckily booking.com help me to resolve issue.

Nice hotel but a bit tired.... In need of refurbishment in some rooms. Staff fabulous and very helpful

gym wasn’t functional

Nice LED lighting on t narrow street and international electrical sockets made our lives a tad easier. Not sure why i have to add more words to pad this out to 200 characters. A waste of everyones time.
