Lovely hotel in a good location by the river. We got an upgraded room which was perfect overlooking the river. Great breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff.

Exceptionally good. Amazing barman Very slick transfer of restaurant charges to bar with no trouble - many big hotels can't do this Two rookie staff in restaurant did extremely well and we told supervisor so

Booked dinner at 1900. Told first table available 2030. Actual position was wide open and we sat down immediately. Unnecessary! Surprised that no reception after 2100 Notified defective reading light in room 1 but not repaired
