Terrible Experience - Do Not Book This Hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel with my children, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The most significant issue was their lack of responsiveness during an emergency. One night, my family and I encountered a problem in our room, and we needed to contact the front desk for assistance. However, despite numerous attempts, we were unable to get anyone on the phone. This was in the middle of the night, and there was no one available to help us with our concerns. The fact that they do not answer the phone, especially during emergencies, is simply unacceptable. Aside from this major issue, there were other disappointments during our stay. The room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. The cleanliness was also subpar, and we found several issues that should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Furthermore, the staff we did encounter during the day were not particularly friendly or helpful. It seemed as though the customer service was seriously lacking. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this hotel to look elsewhere for accommodations. The lack of responsiveness during a late-night emergency was not only disappointing but also concern for the safety and well-being of guests. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer better service and value for your money. This was a regrettable experience, and I will not return to this hotel.

Best place we stayed in Sri lanka. The kindest man host’s this place. Lovely stay with a real jungley vibe. Amazing place, even better host. Thanks so much. Arrived late and booked wrong dates and still went out his way to help us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Architecture

I don't have any to dislike

The location was perfect since very close to the airport. With our two tired kids, we were super happy to have been picked up and were at the hotel within 8 minutes. Staff was super nice, the room was clean.

Some hygiene articles were missing and there is not Wifi in the room.
