Kefalonia Bay Palace

We had an amazing stay! The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel is incredibly peaceful—the perfect place to relax and unwind by the pool while overlooking the calm sea with a delicious iced coffee or cocktail in hand. The absolute highlight, however, was the staff, especially the manager, Ms. Apostolia. Everyone was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. From their friendly smiles to their help with arranging activities around the island, they went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island!

The place is located by with overview over the sea, the staff is welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast you can eat with the most amazing view , many thanks to Apostolia for her hospitality and helping me and my wife have a great memorable stay!

Stepa

Het was een ruim opgezet hotel. Ons kamer was ruim en balkon ook. Daarnaast was er een groot zwembad beschikbaar. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. En wat het beste is aan deze accommodatie is de ligging, het ligt op 10 minuutjes lopen van Agia Efimia. Een geweldig dorpje aan het water.

De kamers waren erg verouderd en waren wel aan vernieuwing toe. De bedden waren erg hard. Daarnaast kon het zwembad ook wel vernieuwing gebruiken.

Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating in fact nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable with fantastic air conditioning which was a god send as it was very hot during our stay. All the facilities were excellent and so would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff Great location

Schönes Hotel in gepflegter grüner Anlage in sehr guter Lage mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die Bucht. Der Ort und ein kleiner Strand sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Man kann sich sogar Sonnenschirme ausliehen für den Strand. Toller großer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schattenplätzen. Gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit schönem Blick. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer up Grade auf eine Villa mit eigenem Pool, das war natürlich besonders schön.

Für uns war es völlig okay aber für ältere Menschen bzw Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen ist der Weg zu Fuß vom Ort ins Hotel vermutlich schwierig, die letzten Meter sind relativ steil.
